Marco Contractors, Inc. provided a premium tenant fitout for our client, Ethan Allen, in McCandless Crossings, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This was an 8,000 square foot building with a level-five finish, custom carpentry, and custom mill-work. There was extensive floor preparation required in order to install the 24 x 24 imported Italian ceramic floor tile.
