Kristen Burkamp, National Accounts Manager
Kristen possesses over 8 years of customer service expertise, with the last 3 dedicated to Relationship Management. Kristen's primary focus is on managing and developing Marco's current client base by providing unprecedented service through acting as a secondary contact point for our clients, and interacting with the specific project leaders of the Marco staff.

Nick Rossi, Creative Team
Nick graduated from Penn State in 2000 with a degree in Graphic Communication and a minor in Fine Arts. He has been active in the graphic and web design field for 8 years, and works with the Creative and Marketing teams to develop web and print media. Nick's fortes are compelling web design and animation, as well as creative concepts for client/business interaction.

Stephanie Benney, Creative Team, Marketing & Client Relations
Stephanie graduated from LaRoche College with a degree in Graphic Design. She has been involved in multiple art shows for her work through her graphic design career and also continues to freelance in design. Stephanie generates unique and sophisticated design concepts for the creative team.

Aaron Blough, Project Manager
Aaron has been with Marco for 11 years. He provides overall management direction for existing projects and helps to develop new business opportunities. He also serves as project management engineer on retail, commercial and institutional projects. Aaron has his B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology with a Minor in Mathematics from University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.

Darrin Patterson, Project Manager
Darrin has been with Marco for six years. He is responsible for the overall management of projects as well as training new PM's and putting out IT fires (not literally- yet). He received his B.S. in Accounting and Management from University of Pittsburgh.

Doug Hrabik, Senior Project Manager
Doug has a BS degree in Business & Marketing from Robert Morris University. He brings over 22 years experience in ground-up work, remodels, and interior fit outs from commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers, and restaurants. His current projects are Darden Restaurants, Inc., Starbucks Coffee, Delia's, Sarku Japan, The Home Depot, and Fifth Third Bank.

Marty Findura, Project Manager
Marty brings over 17 years of construction experience to Marco. He received a 2 year Degree in Building Construction from Steel Center Tech School in Pittsburgh. Marty has also successfully completed a variety of projects in Retail, Restaurant and Hotel industry.

Tom Furge, Project Manager
Tom brings 29 years of various construction experience to Marco. With 8 of those years as a project manager, he is a necessity for projects such as Men's Warehouse, Office Depot, Target, K&G Super Stores, Tractor Supplies, and RMS Life Line Medical Centers. Tom will oversee your project needs from estimating to close-out.

Gregg Criado, Project Manager
Gregg comes to Marco with 18 years of experience in industrial construction along with management experience with design and build. He holds a background in mechanical engineering and worked in the field as a superintendent for 2 years. He has done such projects as Dollar Tree, Office Depot, Guess, and For Your Entertainment. Gregg received his degree from W&J University.

Amy Merry, Project Management Assistant
Amy has been with Marco for six years. She started with the Estimating Team and after three years, moved to the secretary/administrative position. She is now a Project Manager Assistant and also assisting the accounting department. Amy also performs most office management duties.

Cindy Nellis, Director of Superintendents & Senior Project Management Assistant
Cindy Nellis has been in the construction field for 10 years in both the marketing field as well as assisting the management team. She manages and coordinates all of Team Marco's road warriors as well as overseeing all of the Project Management Assistants. Cindy has been a member of the team since November of 2003.

Elaine has over 5 years experience in the project management field. She also brings a background full of experience including health care, insurance, and administrative. Elaine is hardworking and always eager to extend a helping hand.

Rick Cerminaro, Project Manager/Special Tasks Overseer
Rick brings over 30 years of retail and commercial construction knowledge to Marco. He will be supporting Project Managers in defining subcontractor's scope of work, trade buy-outs as well as special job related tasks. Rick will also be assisting the estimating department with job take-offs, qualifying and solicitation of bids.

Rachel Haben, Project Manager Assistant
Rachel started at Marco as the Administrative Assistant and Receptionist. Rachel is now responsible for providing support to the project managers. Rachel is involved with various projects providing assistance from start to finish. When needed Rachel helps out Accounting by filing.

Wayne Hartman, Chief Estimator
Wayne brings over 30 years of various construction experience. He has owned his own general construction business, worked in the field as a carpenter and then as a superintendent, became a project manager and finally a senior estimator throughout the years.

Richard Grguras, Senior Estimator / PM
Richard is responsible for estimating projects, pre-bid site visits and submitting final bids to clients. He has been with the company for seven years and also has worked as a project manager. Richard has a B.S. in Civil Engineering and his PA EIT (Engineer in Training) certificate.

Maggie Bradley, Estimator
Maggie brings 25+ years of experience in estimating, purchasing and materials management. She also brings 5 years of experience as a project secretary on several multi-million jobsites in the Eastern PA & NJ area. Maggie assists the Estimating team in soliciting subcontractors and will eventually be assisting in the close-out process.

Dwight Boehm, Estimator
Dwight is responsible for coordinating estimates and writing bids as well as all of Marco's shipping. He has been with Marco for five years. Dwight received his A.S. in General Business from Community College of Allegheny County and his B.S. in Human Resource Management from Indiana University.

Jayne Baxter, Estimating Support
Jayne is primarily responsible for expanding retail projects and preparing numbers for the bid process. She has held a management position for almost 10 years in expediting. Her primary focus is on retail projects and she has estimated more than 1,000 different projects throughout the years.

Alexis Smith
Alexis works part-time for Marco Contractors assisting in the expediting / estimating department. She often offers support to office administrators adopting responsibilities such as making copies, faxing or phone calls, filing, and overnight mailing. Alexis has been with the company almost her whole life and is always ready and eager to help out! She is truly a great team builder!!

Traveling across the country, they are all equipped with a lap top and digital camera to ensure a high degree of communication and timely project delivery. Our superintendents are the backbone of the company, therefore they complete all projects with a high sense of urgency.
