Jennifer Danquist, Director of Business Development
Jenny possesses over 10 years of marketing, business and development and public relations expertise, with the last 4 years in the commercial construction industry. Jenny's primary focus is on increasing Marco's market share by continually adding new relationships throughout the retail, food services, banking, education, healthcare and governmental industries. In addition she is also managing and developing Marco's current client base by providing unprecedented service through acting as the first point of contact for our clients and interacting with the specific project leaders of the Marco staff.

Jessica Bruni, Marketing Assistant
Jessica began her career in journalism as a general assignment reporter at various newspapers. An experienced multi-tasker, she brings to Marco her great communication skills and the ability to work calmly and coolly under pressure in a deadline driven environment.

Darrin Patterson, Senior Project Manager/ Accounts Payable
Darrin has been with Marco for over 12 years. He is responsible for the overall management of projects as well as training new PM's and putting out IT fires (not literally- yet). He received his B.S. in Accounting and Management from University of Pittsburgh.

Aaron Blough, Project Manager
Aaron has been with Marco for 16 years. He provides overall management direction for existing projects and helps to develop new business opportunities. He also serves as project management engineer on retail, commercial and institutional projects. Aaron has his B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology with a Minor in Mathematics from University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.

Doug Hrabik, Project Manager
Doug  has a BS degree in Business & Marketing from Robert Morris University. He brings over 22 years experience in ground-up work, remodels, and interior fit outs from commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers, and restaurants.

Marty Findura, Project Manager
Marty brings over 17 years of construction experience to Marco. He received a 2 year Degree in Building Construction from Steel Center Tech School in Pittsburgh. Marty has also successfully completed a variety of projects in Retail, Restaurant and Hotel industry.

Cindy Nellis, Director of Superintendents & Senior Project Management Assistant
Cindy Nellis has been in the construction field for 10 years in both the marketing field as well as assisting the management team.  She manages and coordinates all of Team Marco's road warriors as well as overseeing all of the Project Management Assistants.  Cindy has been a member of the team since November of 2003.

Rick Cerminaro, Project Manager/Special Tasks Overseer
Rick C. brings over 30 years of retail and commercial construction knowledge to Marco.  He supports Project Managers in defining subcontractor's scope of work; trade buy-outs as well as special job related tasks. Rick C. also assists the estimating department with job take-offs, qualifying and solicitation of bids, resolving warranty issues with clients and subcontractors, assists in obtaining building permits and supervises special projects.

Maureen (Mo) Pfost,  Adminstrative Assistant

Alexis Smith,  Assistant Administrative Assistant
Alexis has worked as an Assistant Administrative Assistant and expediter for the past 5 years. While most of her time is spent in college, Alexis spends her summers organizing, filing and assistant the office management.

Team Marco's Estimating Team
The Marco Estimating Team is devoted to providing timely and competitive bids for prospective projects. They work closely with an extensive database of subcontractors across the country to ensure the most accurate bid.

Wayne Hartman, Chief Estimator
Wayne brings over 30 years of various construction experience. He has owned his own general construction business, worked in the field as a carpenter and then as a superintendent, became a project manager and finally a senior estimator throughout the years.

Richard Grguras, Senior Estimator / PM
Richard is responsible for estimating projects, pre-bid site visits and submitting final bids to clients. He has been with the company for seven years and also has worked as a project manager. Richard has a B.S. in Civil Engineering and his PA EIT (Engineer in Training) certificate.

Maggie Bradley, Expeditor
Maggie brings 25+ years of experience in estimating, purchasing and materials management. She also brings 5 years of experience as a project secretary on several multi-million jobsites in the Eastern PA & NJ area. Maggie assists the Estimating team in soliciting subcontractors and will eventually be assisting in the close-out process.

Jayne Baxter, Expeditor
Jayne is primarily responsible for expanding retail projects and preparing numbers for the bid process. She has held a management position for almost 10 years in expediting. Her primary focus is on retail projects and she has estimated more than 1,000 different projects throughout the years.

For eight years, Nicholas has been in charge of IT operations. He is responsible for management of our in-house systems and all company-wide network resources. He is also responsible for long and short term plans for technology. Nick is also involved in various other areas of the company.

All Marco Superintendents (some of which are pictured below) have at least 10 years of experience in the retail and restaurant industry. Traveling across the country, they are all equipped with a lap top and digital camera to ensure a high degree of communication and timely project delivery. Our superintendents are the backbone of the company, therefore they complete all projects with a high sense of urgency.

Tom Furge, Project Manager
Tom brings 29 years of various construction experience to Marco.  With 8 of those years as a project manager.

Gregg has been a Superintendent for 15 years, with 6 of those years at Marco. He's worked for Dollar Tree, Dollar General, See's Candies, Office Depot, Men's Wearhouse, F.Y.E. Entertainment, Sun Glass Hut, Tractor Supply, Smokey Bones & Sarku Japan.

Rick Jones |
Rick has been a Superintendent for the 5 years with 3 of those years at Marco. He's worked for Office Depot, Men's Wearhouse, Dollar Tree, Gap, Tractor Supply, MedExpress, Bose, Bebe, Steve & Barry's & JoAnn Fabrics.

John Levitt |
