Project Superintendent
Responsible for onsite management of construction activities, including: Interpretation of plans and specs; creating a project schedule; permitting; maintaining a safe work environment; establishing working relationships with owners, architects and inspectors; creating and enforcing staffing requirements for sub-contractors; and devising ways to make the project flow smoothly at all times.
Minimum 5-10 years of experience preferred. Travel may be required.
